Kokua Smiles is part of Rising Tide Dental Partners, serving Oʻahu with multiple offices including Honolulu Dental Care. We’re seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to coordinate treatment plans, present financial options, and support efficient operations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, presenting options, arranging financing, managing records, and assisting with insurance claims. You’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient experiences and community care.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient service and delivering positive care experiences.
• Experience as a dental treatment coordinator or in a similar healthcare role preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology for clear communication.
• Strong office management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with inquiries about treatment options.
• Develop and present clear, personalized treatment options.
• Offer financing options to ensure treatment accessibility.
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and care plans.
• Use dental terminology to communicate with professionals and patients.
• Assist in developing treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Handle clerical tasks and maintain organized records.
• Process patient information accurately with 10-key typing.
• Support coding processes for insurance claims and billing.
• Provide exceptional patient service by addressing concerns promptly.
