Qualificações

• Background in patient service and creating positive experiences.
• Experience as dental treatment coordinator or in healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology to communicate treatments and procedures.
• Proficient in office management and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented and able to manage responsibilities effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, answer inquiries about appointments and treatments.
• Develop and present clear, personalized treatment options.
• Offer financing options to ensure treatment is accessible.
• Coordinate patient appointments with efficient scheduling and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, including care plans.
• Use dental terminology to communicate with clinicians and patients.
• Assist in developing treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Handle clerical tasks, filing, and record organization.
• Process patient information with accurate data entry (10-key).
• Support insurance coding and billing processes; provide excellent patient service.
