Kokua Smiles, part of Rising Tide Dental Partners, is hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator for our Pearlridge location in Aiea. This full-time, in-person role focuses on greeting patients, presenting treatment options, arranging financing, and coordinating care with the clinical team.

You'll manage patient records, assist in treatment planning, and support billing and insurance processes while delivering exceptional service in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Background in patient service focused on positive patient experiences.
• Experience as dental treatment coordinator or in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology for clear communication.
• Proficient in office management practices and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer inquiries about treatment options.
• Develop and present clear, personalized treatment options.
• Offer financing options to improve access to care.
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and care plans.
• Use dental terminology to communicate with staff and patients.
• Assist in developing treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Manage clerical tasks and maintain organized records.
• Process patient information with 10-key typing for data entry.
• Support coding for insurance claims and billing.
• Provide exceptional patient service by addressing concerns promptly.
