• Offer clear financing options to enable access to care.
• Coordinate patient appointments with efficient scheduling and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and care plans.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals using dental terminology.
• Assist in developing treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Handle clerical tasks and maintain organized records.
• Perform data entry with 10-key typing skills.
• Support insurance coding and billing processes.
• Provide exceptional patient service and address concerns promptly.
