City Park Dental in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Treatment Coordinator to manage presentation of treatment plans, follow-up, and case acceptance. You will work with our doctors to help patients understand recommended care and navigate financial arrangements, scheduling, and insurance verification.

The ideal candidate brings confidence presenting plans, excellent communication, strong organization, and a proactive, patient-centered approach to drive treatment acceptance and efficient clinic

Formación

• Proven dental treatment coordination experience.
• Confidence presenting both straightforward and comprehensive treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance, and financial arrangements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Outstanding organization and consistent follow-through.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset and accountability for performance.
• A team player who keeps patient needs and clinical recommendations at the center.

Responsabilidades

• Presenting doctor-recommended treatment plans clearly and confidently.
• Explaining treatment fees, estimated insurance benefits, and patient financial responsibilities.
• Helping patients work through cost, timing, and next steps with empathy and professionalism.
• Discussing available payment and financing options.
• Turning treatment recommendations into scheduled appointments.
• Following up on unscheduled treatment and maintaining an organized follow-up system.
• Coordinating appointments with the clinical team to support an efficient schedule.
• Ensuring insurance benefits are verified and estimates are accurate before presenting financial arrangements.
• Tracking case acceptance, pending treatment, and follow-up results.
