Prime Dental Tri-Cities is a general dentistry group seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to educate patients on treatment, explain insurance benefits, and guide scheduling. You will partner with doctors and staff to close large treatment plans and provide an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate brings dental front-office experience, strong communication, and a proven track record in case acceptance and accurate financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental reception/front office experience.
• Minimum 2 years of dental insurance verification experience.
• Minimum 2 years building insurance tables and fee schedules.
• Minimum 2 years presenting dental treatment and closing large plans.
• Strong PPO insurance knowledge and coordination of benefits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans with confidence and compassion to patients.
• Educate patients on treatment and importance of timely care.
• Achieve strong treatment acceptance through effective communication.
• Build value in recommended treatment and address objections.
• Verify benefits and explain patient financial responsibility.
• Coordinate financing and discuss payment options with patients.
• Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize provider productivity.
• Maintain accurate patient records, estimates, and documentation.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding plans.
• Support front office and provide professional patient service.
