Job summary

Elite Dental Partners LLC in Des Plaines, IL, is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator who shares our patient-focused approach. You will educate patients on their treatment plans and present options, securing financial consent and arranging payment plans.

You will ensure plans are accurate in the practice system, manage a productive schedule, coordinate with labs to complete cases, and handle administrative tasks to support high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in dental/healthcare or service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients.

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
