Job summary

Elite-Dental-Partners in Orrville, Ohio is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients on treatment options, obtain financial consent, and ensure plans are accurate in the system. You will manage scheduling, coordinate with labs, and handle administrative tasks to keep patients on track.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in dental or healthcare settings, strong communication skills, and familiarity with dental insurance and Dentrix.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, a degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred.
