Job summary

Dental365 in North Kingstown, RI is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to elevate the patient experience beyond the front desk. You will engage patients, assist with scheduling, and help shape the treatment journey in a modern dental practice.

You will greet patients, discuss plans, and coordinate with the office manager while ensuring accurate records and coding, with a supportive team culture and competitive hourly pay between $25-26.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience with treatment planning in a dental setting.
• Tech savvy with relevant practice management software.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care.
• Answering phones promptly and responding to messages
• Maintaining accuracy of information regarding patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding.
• Regularly collaborating with Office Manager for smooth daily operations.
• Present financial breakdowns to patients in accordance with provider’s treatment plan.
• Provide insight into the practice and support through direct reports, as needed
• Implementing policy changes as provided and maintaining compliance with mandated regulations.
