Job summary

LALUME Dental Studio in Newport Beach is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient concierge services, including scheduling, check-in/out, and treatment plan presentations. You will manage billing and insurance claims, coordinate care among doctors, labs, and patients, assist with chairside duties, and educate patients on treatment options and post-care.

This role emphasizes confidentiality and high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of front office admin and chairside dental experience.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and software (Oryx preferred).
• Current CPR and X-ray certifications.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary patient concierge services including scheduling and check-in/out.
• Manage billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions accurately.
• Coordinate care as liaison among doctors, specialists, labs, and patients.
• Assist with dental procedures such as patient preparation, room turnover, and x-rays.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, financial options, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with office protocols.
