Job summary

Gentle Dental is hiring Treatment Coordinators to support patients through the full treatment process in the Seattle area. You will explain treatment options and financial planning, and guide patients from the first appointment to treatment completion with a focus on a happy, healthy smile.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, strong computer skills (QSI/Denticon a plus), and the ability to discuss costs clearly.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; experience with QSI/Denticon is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' full cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from the first appointment to last to a happy and healthy smile.
