Job summary

A Caring Dentist is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to support day-to-day administration and patient coordination in our Florida office. The role focuses on presenting treatment plans, explaining insurance coverage, arranging financials, and coordinating appointments to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of dental administration experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Dentrix.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental administration experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes
• Dentrix or similar software proficiency

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates using Dentrix
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
• Manage charts and treatment notes
• Complete pre-authorizations and pre-determinations
• Handle patient payment postings and balance inquiries
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance
• Coordinate with clinical and admin teams to manage daily patient flow
• Cover Tampa location as needed
