Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental experience preferred.
• Experience as Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant, or Front Desk preferred.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain treatment and financial options in a professional, compassionate manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software preferred.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans recommended by doctors
• Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements
• Coordinate scheduling for restorative, specialty, and follow-up treatment
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage
• Support treatment acceptance through clear communication and patient education
• Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment needs
• Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience
• Support office goals related to patient retention and treatment completion
