Job summary

Hiossen Implant is seeking a Territory Representative to drive sales growth in a defined NJ territory. You will visit dental offices, promote products, relay new information, and gather feedback after training. A 2-week program leads to regular customer visits and relationship building.

Role requires proactive outreach, strong client service, and attendance at events and seminars to support market expansion. Valid driver's license and ability to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Dental implant or medical devices background preferred.
• Ability to manage a territory of similar size.
• Formal sales training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must be able to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products.
• Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans tailored to the territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of six dental offices each day to build relationships.
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining high service standards and cross-selling opportunities.
• Recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars.
• Collaborate with internal departments to collect outstanding accounts receivable.
• Participate in comprehensive product training programs and sales procedures.
• Attend weekend AIC courses, trade shows, and events; weekend availability is expected.
