Job summary

Hiossen Implant in Tampa, FL is seeking a Territory Representative to promote products, develop business, and visit customers regularly after completing training. You will visit assigned dental offices, promote products, and gather feedback on services.

Expected to identify new sales opportunities, manage a defined territory, and travel to multiple dental offices daily. This role offers uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package with a strong focus on customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or better.
• Driver's license required.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products.
• Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans tailored to maximize results within your assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of six dental offices each day to build strong relationships and support customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure ongoing customer loyalty.
• Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining high standards of service quality and identifying cross selling opportunities.
• Actively recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars, ensuring robust attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on and assist with the collection of outstanding accounts receivables.
• Participate in and successfully complete Hiossen’s comprehensive product training programs, gaining expertise in product offerings, technical knowledge, and company sales procedures and techniques.
• Attend and actively participate in weekend AIC courses, trade shows, dental exhibitions, and other sales-related events and activities as required; weekend availability is an expectation of this role.
