Job summary

Hiossen is seeking a Territory Representative to grow business in a defined region. You will visit assigned dental offices, promote products, share new information, and gather feedback on services after completing our training.

The role requires at least 3 years of direct sales experience in dental implants or medical devices, valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the territory. Weekend events and seminars are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct sales experience.
• Experience in dental implants or medical devices preferred.
• Ability to travel within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to grow revenue and market share for Hiossen.
• Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-ups to meet quotas.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for your territory.
• Visit dental offices to build relationships and support customer needs.
• Deliver excellent service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support branch sales by maintaining service quality and cross-selling opportunities.
• Recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect outstanding accounts receivable.
• Participate in product training and sales procedures.
• Attend weekend AIC courses and trade shows as required.
