Job summary

Glidewell Dental in New Jersey seeks an energetic field sales professional to solicit dental offices, build relationships and drive new business in the assigned territory. You will prospect actively, meet KPIs, and coordinate with the lab to ensure optimal service.

The role requires 1+ year of field sales experience, a valid driver’s license and travel up to 90%. Base salary ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 per year plus uncapped bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of field sales experience.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Valid Driver's License; heavy travel (up to 90%).

Responsibilities

• Solicit dental offices in-person to generate new business in the Jersey City area.
• Maintain a high level of prospecting to meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via calls and visits.
• Coordinate with the lab to ensure quality service and recommendations.
• Picks up and delivers dental cases as needed during sales calls.
• Maintain sample boxes, catalogs, price guides and marketing materials.
