Job summary

Neighborcare Health seeks a Director of Dental Services to lead its dental program across clinics, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. You will supervise Site Dental Directors, oversee a locum program, and partner with Medical and Behavioral Health to deliver integrated, whole-person care.

The role requires a DDS/DMD and Washington state licensure, with at least five years in clinical dentistry and leadership.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required and licensed to practice dentistry in Washington state.
• Minimum five (5) years of clinical dentistry experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of management, leadership, or clinical program leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical leader for Neighborcare Health’s Dental Program across sites.
• Represent Neighborcare Health in external meetings with partners and forums.
• Supervise Site Dental Directors including hiring, onboarding, and professional growth.
• Oversee a dental locum provider program to meet clinic needs and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with Medical and Behavioral Health leaders to provide integrated care.
• Participate in transforming the dental care model to improve access, efficiency, and patient experience.
