Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a University and School Relations Specialist to foster relationships with dental, hygiene, and dental assistant schools and residency programs. You will partner with Recruiting, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to design delivery models that position PDS as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant recruitment or university relations experience.
• Experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist preferred for Hygiene programs.
• Proven success building brand awareness on college campuses.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador at dental, hygiene, and dental assistant schools and residency programs.
• Support recruiting strategies by building relationships and maintaining a pipeline of student leads.
• Manage University and School Relations strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Organize events across markets, select venues, manage catering and promotional items.
• Maximize event results within approved budgets; track metrics and ROI.
• Attend events and lead presentations to increase brand awareness and applications.
• Educate stakeholders on the PDS PRIVATE PRACTICE + model at events.
• Coordinate participation in conferences and meetings for schools and residencies.
• Provide reporting on sourcing and recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.
