Smile America Partners is seeking a School Relationship Manager in Farmington Hills, MI to facilitate in-school dental visits and coordinate between schools and dental teams. You will build relationships with school contacts, manage visit logistics, and help expand access to dental care for children in need while ensuring program participation and data accuracy.

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• College degree preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and sustain close working relationships with school contacts to drive participation and ensure successful dental visits.
• Serve as the key liaison between the school and the dental team.
• Manage and compile visit lists and patient information for school contacts and the dental team.
• Coordinate visit logistics with school contacts to ensure dental teams have the necessary information for each visit.
• Monitor participation and feedback, and maintain the database of school contacts and visits.
