PDS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to deliver preventive care and educate patients in a patient-centered environment in Tempe, AZ. You will contribute to high-quality outcomes and a Positive Patient Experience.

You will maintain records, stay current with hygiene practices, and collaborate with the dental team to support optimal oral health for patients.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
