Humanitary Medical Center Inc. seeks a Corporate Dental Schedule Coordinator to manage provider schedules across all HMC Dental Services locations, ensuring alignment with production goals while maintaining high patient care and efficiency.

The role collaborates with Front Desk Coordinators, Treatment Plan Coordinators, Office Managers, and providers to minimize downtime, reduce cancellations, and improve attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental scheduling or front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Open Dental preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment sequencing.
• Understanding dental insurance and treatment planning.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage provider schedules across all dental offices.
• Monitor production and schedule utilization to improve productivity.
• Fill open chair time using ASAP, unscheduled treatment, recall, and short-call lists.
• Coordinate schedule changes between providers and offices.
• Review daily and future schedules to ensure production goals are met.
• Verify reasons for missed or incomplete treatment and reschedule promptly.
• Collaborate with Front Desk Coordinators, Treatment Plan Coordinators, Office Managers, and providers.
• Generate reports on scheduling performance, cancellations, and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with corporate scheduling policies.
• Report scheduling concerns to Regional Dental Manager.
