You will work with physicians, medical staff, and patients to ensure efficient scheduling, accurate records, and timely coordination of diagnostic information, while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare settings, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical/clinical settings preferred.
• Experience coordinating appointments or patient care activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the scheduling of clinical services with physicians and medical staff.
• Coordinate patient appointments and support efficient flow of clinical activities.
• Maintain accurate patient medical histories and records.
• Instruct patients regarding prescribed treatments and medications.
• Serve as liaison between patients, physicians and staff.
• Coordinate receipt, tracking and distribution of lab results and X-rays.
• Monitor clinic activities and identify efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate and update clinic policies and workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle patient information per privacy requirements.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day clinic activities.
