Humanitary Medical Center, INC is seeking a Corporate Dental Schedule Coordinator to manage and optimize provider schedules across all HMC Dental Services locations in Tampa. The role collaborates with Front Desk Coordinators, Treatment Plan Coordinators, Office Managers, and providers to maximize production and maintain patient care efficiency.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of dental scheduling or front office experience, knowledge of dental terminology, and strong

• Minimum 1 year of dental scheduling or front office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment sequencing.
• Understanding dental insurance and treatment planning.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Mansioni

• Maintain and manage provider schedules across all dental offices.
• Ensure schedules follow corporate protocols and production goals.
• Monitor production and adjust for daily productivity.
• Fill open chair time using ASAP, recall and short-call lists.
• Coordinate schedule changes between providers and offices when needed.
• Review daily schedules to ensure production goals are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve provider productivity.
• Generate reports on scheduling performance, cancellations and utilization.
• Review and document reasons for missed or incomplete treatment.
• Reschedule patients promptly based on clinical priorities.
