Qualifications

• Dental/oral surgery scheduling experience preferred.
• Basic dentistry knowledge a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the doctor’s schedule accurately.
• Master scheduling software and ensure system integrity.
• Answer calls and voicemails with professional service.
• Respond to emails and other communications.
• Coordinate with referring offices for upcoming appointments.
• Welcome patients and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and practice policies.
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects.
