Job summary

I-Med claims is seeking a driven Dental Sales Representative to prospect, qualify, and nurture opportunities, serving as the first contact for new leads and guiding them through the sales cycle. You will book appointments, support the process to close, and help fuel the sales pipeline with a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Positive, energetic, professional and approachable demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience in medical, dental, or insurance sales highly preferred (but not needed).

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm-calling efforts to engage potential customers and nurture leads.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using relevant software.
• Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service.

• Deliver sales presentations and communicate product/service value effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Track and manage all activities, appointments, and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Work with operations team while on boarding new client.
