Job summary

Highland Endodontics in Mississippi is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and records, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a positive patient experience.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday 7:00am–5:00pm, competitive pay, benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Paid Time Off, with opportunities to grow in a busy dental practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications expected.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures beneficial.
