Job summary

Specialized Dental Partners operates Highland Endodontics and is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will support front desk operations, manage communications, and help ensure an excellent patient experience.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 7:00am–5:00pm, with duties including greeting patients, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and data entry. Prior dental office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage provider calendars.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records and data entry accuracy.
• Coordinate patient flow and provide administrative support as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
