Job summary

Pavilion Crossing Dental Care is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. You will partner with the Doctor to guide and support the team, ensuring exceptional patient care and business performance.

Key responsibilities include driving PMO training, setting annual goals, and leading weekly meetings and daily huddles to sustain alignment and growth. Healthcare leadership and a focus on patient experience are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and personal development goals for team.
• Align Doctor and team goals through servant leadership and regular touchpoints.
• Attend leadership training sessions every 18–24 months.
• Support Doctor-led, hygiene-driven operations with regular meetings and huddles.
• Onboard and grow team members by partnering with recruiting and support offices.
