Dental Care Alliance in South Florida is seeking an Operations Manager in training to assist our clinical team by delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining a collaborative, team-based environment.

As a Dental Practice Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage scheduling, payroll, billing, and front-office workflows while supporting growth through marketing and promotions. Experience in dental/medical offices and proficiency with practice management software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a dental or medical office.
• Experience in insurance processes and billing.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software.
• Strong attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure office efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of patient care.
• Supervise and support patient coordinators, dental assistants, hygienists, and treatment coordinators to maintain smooth workflows.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and front-office operations to optimize productivity and patient experience.
• Support dentists and staff with treatment planning, billing, and insurance processes while ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Monitor office finances, including expense management, invoice submission, collections, and receivables, to maintain profitability.
• Maintain office inventory by overseeing supplies, equipment, and facility cleanliness for an organized and professional environment.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development while addressing patient and employee concerns professionally to foster a positive workplace culture.
