Job summary

Dental Care Alliance in Orlando is seeking an Operations Manager in training to support our clinical team and oversee daily office operations. As a Dental Practice Manager, you will manage scheduling, staff performance, billing processes, and financial reporting to drive profitability and high patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will lead office personnel, streamline workflows, and maintain compliance while coordinating with dentists and front-office staff to ensure a smooth patient

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a dental or medical office is required.
  • Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to work independently in fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality in handling patient records and office operations.

  • Supervise and support patient coordinators, dental assistants, hygienists, and treatment coordinators to maintain smooth workflows.

  • Monitor office finances, including expense management, invoice submission, collections, and receivables, to maintain profitability.
  • Maintain office inventory by overseeing supplies, equipment, and facility cleanliness for an organized and professional environment.
  • Lead hiring, training, and staff development while addressing patient and employee concerns professionally to foster a positive workplace culture.

Position Overview: As a Dental PracticeManager you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless employee and patient relations while driving operational efficiency. The role is responsible for managing office profit and loss, including scheduling, staff productivity, collections, receivables, and expense management. Additionally, you will support business growth through sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead office personnel, streamline workflows, and oversees essential administrative functions such as financial reporting, payroll, and banking to maintain a well-organized and high-performing practice.
