The role emphasizes patient service, collaboration with the dental team, insurance verification and collections, scheduling, and data review to improve practice performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and place a premium on leveraging data.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and regulations.
• Work with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments and collections.
• Under Manager direction, supervise daily non-clinical team tasks and priorities.
• Review daily data to evaluate practice impact.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, collections, and nightly deposits.
