Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Innovative Orthodontic Centers- Naperville in Naperville, IL. You will partner with the Doctor, lead a growing team, and drive business goals while delivering exceptional patient care.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, daily huddles, and quarterly financial planning to support clinic success and staff development.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years leadership experience in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking or medical setting.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and complete PMO Training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and huddles.
Create alignment with doctor through daily one-on-ones and weekly touch points discussing communication and support.
