Job summary

Heartland Dental’s Innovative Orthodontic Centers- Naperville in Naperville, IL is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to serve as a trusted business partner to the Doctor and lead the team in delivering exceptional patient care.

You will develop goals, lead training, and manage daily operations while collaborating with recruiting and support offices to align priorities and drive performance in a fast-paced dental setting.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to analyze processes and develop effective solutions and strategies.

Responsibilities

Strive toward mastery of the PMO role by completing all training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
Support the Doctor-led, Hygiene-driven, Operations focus through regular meetings and daily huddles.
Create alignment with doctors through daily one-on-ones and weekly touchpoints.
