Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead the Chestnut Hills - Murrysville office. This role partners with the Doctor to drive top-priority goals, supervise daily operations, and foster a culture of patient-focused care and continuous learning.

The PMO will guide team performance through regular meetings, huddles, and targeted development programs, ensuring excellent service and strong practice growth.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PMO to meet annual business and personal development goals.
• Ensure Doctor and team goals are achieved through servant leadership.
• Conduct regular meetings and huddles to align priorities and performance.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and to plan recruitment.
• Onboard new team members and support training programs for growth.
