Job summary

Heartland Dental, a leading dental support organization, seeks a Practice Manager of Operations for the Davenport, FL office. This role partners with Doctors to drive operational excellence and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

As PMO, you will guide daily operations, support leadership development, and ensure alignment with practice goals through regular meetings and targeted training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Strive towards mastery of role by completing PMO Training.
• Develop annual business goals and personal development goals.
• Lead through servant leadership to support Doctors and teams.
• Coordinate meetings, huddles, and communication to align with Doctor goals.
• Onboard new team members in partnership with recruiting.
