Job summary

You will forecast results, manage budgets, and ensure audits pass while supporting HR, HIPAA, and policy compliance. Build a capable, patient-focused team and drive long-term growth through servant leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a professional environment.
• 3 years leadership/management experience with direct customer contact.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand business responsibilities and forecast results; manage budgets and production expectations.
• Provide highest standard of customer service to uphold the organization’s mission.
• Assist in resolving non-clinical patient concerns and questions.
• Support servant leadership strategy and align with senior leadership.
• Ensure policy compliance with employment laws and HR procedures.
• Build positive relationships with doctors; organize monthly meetings to resolve concerns.
• Oversee bank deposits, petty cash, HIPAA compliance, and privacy protections.
• Schedule staff effectively and oversee managed care components.
• Hire quality non-clinical staff and reduce turnover with HR.
• Lead regular staff meetings and daily huddles; develop staff through coaching.
• Complete HR/payroll documents accurately; coordinate with HR on corrective actions.
