You will coordinate with doctors and regional managers, drive performance metrics, and support a positive patient experience through effective communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and open/close duties; manage billing, inventory, and policy adherence.
• Lead daily morning huddles and coordinate teams with doctors and regional managers.
• Monitor KPIs, track performance, and report results to leadership.
• Supervise HRIS, payroll, scheduling, and onboarding of new staff.
• Ensure courteous patient interactions and optimize patient flow and service quality.
