Qualifications

• Experience supervising practice staff and coordinating multiple front-to-back operations.
• Ability to manage daily financials, inventory, and compliance policies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor and align team across roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and opening/closing duties.
• Lead daily huddles and maintain positive relations with doctors and regional managers.
• Track KPI performance and report to leadership.
• Manage HRIS-based team scheduling, payroll, and onboarding.
• Support patient flow and ensure high-quality patient experience.
