Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a dental office and partner with the dentist and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care. You will coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, and monitor performance metrics to drive practice growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing or leading a dental office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and the day-to-day operations of a dental practice.
• A patient-first mindset and commitment to creating an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficiency and a great patient experience.
• Partner with dentist and clinical team to support goals, patient care and growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the office team, creating collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee patient scheduling and ensure the practice operates at its full potential.
• Monitor production, collections and accounts receivable, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage office expenses, supplies and operational resources.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training and retention of team members.
• Create a welcoming environment for patients and address concerns promptly.
