Job summary

Smile Brands is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations and drive an exceptional patient experience. You will partner with the dentist and clinical team to support goals and practice growth, while coaching staff to foster collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performance monitoring, and managing expenses, ensuring a welcoming environment and adherence to policies and regulatory standards. Monday–Friday, full-time.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing or leading a dental office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-first mindset and commitment to exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient experience.
• Partner with dentist and clinical team to support goals, patient care and growth.
• Coach and develop the office team to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee patient scheduling and ensure the practice operates at its full potential.
• Monitor production, collections, accounts receivable and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage office expenses, supplies and resources.
