Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing insurance verification and claims, budgeting, and improving patient flow and retention while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient-focused service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of dental office experience.
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures.
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and workflow.
  • Ensure efficient patient scheduling and appointment management.
  • Monitor patient flow and office productivity.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new employees.
  • Supervise front office and administrative team.
  • Manage insurance verification and claims processing.
  • Monitor production, collections, and AR.
  • Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
