The role collaborates with doctors, prioritizes patient satisfaction, and drives the office’s financial performance. A flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years dental experience preferred.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• 5+ years leadership/management experience preferred.
• Experience with supply and practice cost management.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Suite.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster and promote Rodeo’s high-performance culture and effective management of patient experience workflow and processes.
• Facilitate the delivery of optimal patient experience and care outcomes.
• Leverage reports to drive office performance and hit targets (productivity, financials).
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions impacting the P&L.
• Ensure staff use MaxAssist and monitor operational tasks to improve workflows.
• Oversee billing accuracy with Revenue Cycle Management and manage payables/receivables.
• Identify and reduce operating expenses and promote team collaboration and innovation.
