Dental Care at Jordan Ranch in Katy, Texas is looking for a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. Heartland Dental supports the Doctors and teams to deliver exceptional patient care while fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

The PMO role focuses on developing goals, leading teams, partner with Doctors, and driving our Practice Management philosophy through regular meetings and training. A strong leader with Dental software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; leadership experience in a professional office setting.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and data to identify trends and devise solutions.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, preferably in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Lead and guide the dental office team to achieve Doctor and office goals.
• Partner with Doctors to set and monitor quarterly/annual financial goals.
• Conduct regular meetings and huddles to align priorities and communications.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of new team members.
• Collaborate with recruiting and support offices to staff roles effectively.
• Ensure adherence to Core Essentials and growth plans.
