Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Dental Care at Jordan Ranch in Katy, Texas to lead office operations and partner with the Doctor to deliver exceptional patient care.

You’ll set and pursue annual business goals, coach teams through servant leadership, and support a culture of learning, collaboration, and patient-centered service while driving performance and growth for the practice.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Strive towards mastery of role by prioritizing and completing PMO Training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus philosophy through meetings and huddles.
• Create alignment with doctor through daily one-on-ones and weekly touchpoints.
