Loch Ridge Dental Care is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. As the leader, you will partner with doctors to optimize patient care, drive performance, and support a culture of continuous learning and teamwork.

The role focuses on aligning goals, mentoring staff, and maintaining high-quality standards across the practice, with emphasis on growth and operational excellence in a dental setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Doctor-led, Hygiene-driven, Operations focus through structured meetings and daily huddles.
• Onboard new team members and partner with recruiting and support offices.
• Set and pursue annual goals aligned with Doctors’ Top 10 objectives.
• Collaborate with Doctors to prioritize scheduling and CE activities.
