Qualifications

• 3+ years as the office/practice manager of a busy dental practice.
• Strong people leadership and focus on a positive employee and patient experience.
• Familiarity with practice management systems (Dentrix/Ascend).
• Knowledge of managerial and financial reporting is a plus.
• Willingness to build trust and lead with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the dental team to deliver a best-in-class patient experience.
• Oversee patient scheduling, reception, and journey from arrival to return.
• Monitor operations, visits, and completion rates; report on performance.
