Job summary

Community Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to lead daily operations for Smile Magic Garland. You will work closely with dentists to deliver high-quality patient care while achieving business goals.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, billing, and marketing support, plus staff development and regulatory compliance. A college degree is preferred but not required, and bilingual English/Spanish is valued.

Qualifications

• Management experience preferred.
• Billing and treatment case presentation knowledge preferred.
• Insurance plans and dental terminology knowledge preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections, and operations expenses.
• Guide the office within budget guidelines including supplies, equipment upgrades, labs, and labor costs.
• Increase new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional programs.
• Recruit, hire and develop office teams providing best-in-class patient care.
• Directly supervise office teams and manage performance including feedback and appraisals.
• Communicate with office teams to ensure access to information, tools, and support.
• Complete administrative tasks such as financial review, end-of-day reporting, payroll, and AR reports.
