Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (written and spoken).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and show initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, and operations expenses.
• Guide office within budget; manage supplies, equipment upgrades, labs, and labor costs.
• Support sales, marketing, and promotions to drive new patient growth.
• Recruit, hire, and develop office teams delivering best-in-class patient care.
• Supervise staff performance, provide feedback and conduct appraisals and corrective actions.
• Communicate with office teams to ensure access to information, tools, and support.
