Bright Direction Dental is seeking a Dental Practice Lead for the Skokie and Chicago, IL area. This full-time role oversees daily operations, ensures front office coordination, and supports providers and staff in delivering efficient, patient-centered care.

You will drive team accountability, enhance patient experience, and oversee financial health through production and collections monitoring, scheduling, and payroll processes. Competitive compensation and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or administrative roles, preferably in a dental office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
• Proficient in dental office software and general office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day practice operations and accountability.

• Greet and check in patients in a professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments.
